Is your auction open to the public?

ADESA Brasher’s is a wholesale, dealer-only operation. Public attendees are not permitted on the premises.

I’m a licensed dealer. How do I register to buy and sell at the auction?

If you’re set up on AuctionACCESS®, just be sure to bring your card with you to the auction and our dealer registration department will help you out. If you haven’t bought at Brasher’s before, there will be some paperwork (PDF) to fill out. See our dealer registration page for more info or download a registration packet in the sidebar at right.

How can I preview the vehicles I want to buy?

We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The best time to preview is all day Mon and Tues morning before the sale starts. You can also log in to AuctionPipeline at the top-right of this page to get preview lists and run order. For step-by-step instructions on creating an AuctionPipeline account, check out this video.

How do I consign a vehicle to the sale?

Be sure to contact the auction early in the week so we can save spots for you. Then, you can print and fill out our check-in sheets (PDF) to send over with your cars. See our transportation page for information if you’d like us to help get them here.

Can you send me sale information every week?

With AuctionPipeline, it’s easy to preview inventory for a given sale. Additionally, you can elect on the Pipeline to have pre AND post-sale inventory lists automatically emailed to you each week on a day and time you specify. You can also access dealer-specific reports like Purchase Summaries, Sold Awaiting Title, and Flooring Summaries. Contact the auction if you need help getting set up.
